Started as a peer leader in 2017, then promoted as the Case manager in December 2017 worked as a case manager till April 2020 of which he was promoted to the position of the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and Manager in charge of Quality assessment and Quality Improvement of which he holds the post till recent. For his love and how passionate he was about on the health and social challenges of the KP community, in 2019 he joined Action for Care (A4C) which is an association created by members of the LGBT community in Bamenda to look out for the health problems like HIV and STI, social life, fight against GBV, and community building aspects of the English speaking LGBT community due to problems face as KPs and working together to create a safe haven
With a 5 years experienced in working in the community for the Key populations in the fight against HIV/AIDS, stigma, Violence and discrimination, STI prevention and management, defending of human rights and believes in diversity, this has made him to be awarded 2 times one of the best staffs.
He presents to be very hard working with a good mastery of his work ethics, very respectful, innovative with a lot of developmental skills, has a good team spirit, able to multitask and can certainly accomplished any challenges task given to him.
