Sous la supervision directe du Directeur Ex\u00e9cutif, il\/elle traite de toutes les questions relatives \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition des objectifs de l\u2019association, veuille \u00e0 la conformit\u00e9 des normes fix\u00e9es par l\u2019association et r\u00e9git dans le manuel de proc\u00e9dures. \u00c0 partir des \u00e9l\u00e9ments donn\u00e9s par les autres services, il contr\u00f4le les r\u00e9sultats obtenus et \u00e9labore des tableaux de bord qui font appara\u00eetre l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019association pour une p\u00e9riode donn\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Profil<\/p>\n

Avoir une solide formation comptable et financi\u00e8re et une bonne ma\u00eetrise de l\u2019informatique. Capacit\u00e9 d\u2019analyse et de synth\u00e8se, esprit critique, ainsi que des capacit\u00e9s d\u2019organisation et de planification sont n\u00e9cessaires. Il doit avoir de bonnes qualit\u00e9s relationnelles pour cr\u00e9er un climat de confiance avec ses interlocuteurs et faire preuve de diplomatie pour imposer ses proc\u00e9dures.<\/span><\/p>\n

– \u00catre titulaire d\u2019au moins un BACC+ en comptabilit\u00e9, finance, Audit et contr\u00f4le de gestion ou tout autre dipl\u00f4me \u00e9quivalent\u00a0;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

-Avoir au moins cinq (05) ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience \u00e0 un poste similaire\u00a0;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

-Avoir la ma\u00eetrise des outils bureautiques et un logiciel ERP (Enterprise Planning ou Progiciel de gestion int\u00e9gr\u00e9e)\u00a0;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

-Avoir une excellente ma\u00eetrise des normes OHADA\u00a0;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

-Savoir synth\u00e9tiser l\u2019information<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
